And yes, as you can assume, having a crazy week also means that my workout had a less than great routine.
I have heard so much about P90X, I am debating on whether or not to start this workout instead.

I've done p90x for like 60 days.
I really liked it to be honest, the workouts were hard at first because i wasn't in that good of shape, but then after awhile I could do most of them without stopping...then i got lazy and stopped and i have yet to start it up again. MAYBE WE COULD DO IT AT THE SAME TIME!? and we could share results

i vote p90x! i know a lot of people who have gone through it and lost at least a little weight... it seems like a very difficult program though and most of them had trouble sticking to it
